2. Permission for EzyStudio framework users covers point (a) in License section with the exception that the license is granted to be setup for public viewing, either personal or commercial. You may not make copy, modify, or reverse engineer a template/theme provided by EzyStudio and use it outside EzyStudio engine at all time.
3. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by EzyStudio at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
4. Price plan is subject to change at any time. Plan subscribers will be infromed one month prior price adjustment.
5. Refunds are not available for template/theme design work and domain registration.
6. It is the EzyStudio framework users' responsibility to check the integrity of thier contents. EzyStudio is not responsible for any infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

3. Disclaimer

1. The materials on EzyStudio's web site are provided "as is". EzyStudio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, EzyStudio does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
